Hayden Mechanics Community is an ideal Third Space for car enthusiasts who may not have their own garage
or lift. Hayden Mechanics provides reliable equipment, car lift rental services, and a safe environment
for do-it-yourself mechanics. By using our space and equipment, you agree to assume all responsibility
for your use of equipment, lifts, tools, and shop space.
Hayden Mechanics, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses
that may occur while using any equipment or space. You are responsible for ensuring that you and
individuals in your party work safely and follow all safety guidelines and rules.
Liability Waiver
Before any use of the space and equipment at Hayden Mechanics Community, all customers must agree to and
sign a liability waiver acknowledging they understand and accept all risks associated with vehicle
maintenance and operating a car lift. Hayden Mechanics Community is not responsible for damage to your
vehicle, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to
follow safety protocols.
Individual Insurance Expectations and Requirements
Hayden Mechanics Community does not provide vehicle insurance or personal insurance coverage for
individuals using this facility or equipment. You agree to carry your own personal auto or liability
insurance that covers potential risks associated with modifications or maintenance performed at this
facility.
Shop Equipment Damage and Affiliated Repair Costs
Any damage to Hayden Mechanics Community equipment, car lifts, tools, or property resulting from
negligence, misuse, or unsafe maneuvers is your responsibility. Replacement or repair expenses will be
billed to you as deemed necessary. Damage and malfunctions must be reported immediately to staff.
Hold Harmless and Indemnification
By using the Hayden Mechanics Community facility, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Hayden
Mechanics Community, its staff, employees, owners, and affiliates from liabilities, claims, damages, or
expenses resulting from your use of the space, equipment, and facility.
As-Is Disclaimer
Hayden Mechanics Community provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, safety,
or condition of equipment or tools. Equipment and facilities are provided on an “as-is” basis.
Risk Assumption
You acknowledge that vehicle repair and maintenance involve inherent risks, including vehicle damage and
bodily injury. By using this facility, you voluntarily assume all responsibility for any resulting
consequences.
